A crazy week! From 60 degrees on Thursday and running in shorts and short sleeve shirt to barely 30 degrees this morning (tights, base layers, mittens, etc.). Still, it was a good long run today and a better all-around week:
Mon – 5.1 miles @ 10:00 pace
Tues – 6.25 miles @ 10:24 pace
Wed – 15 min rowing machine, then Strength Circuit at YMCA
Thurs – 5.08 miles @ 10:23 pace; 60 min. lap swimming at YMCA
Fri - 15 min rowing machine, then Strength Circuit at YMCA
Sat – 9.33 miles @ 9:55 pace
I’m hoping to get into the routine of doing 3 strength circuits per week at the Y, but this is a busy time of year — Merry Christmas!
